The problem we needed to solve
I approached Track because we wanted to deliver a workshop which focussed on peoples’ skills awareness.
Our aim was to help our people consider what they needed to do, to help them with their own personal career planning.

The result of working with Track was a branded output which allowed us to give each individual a personalised report.
