Design
We will work with you to design feedback tools that are based on your unique competencies, KPIs and values. These include 180, 360 Degree feedback, and self-assessments.

Debrief
Debrief of feedback is essential for getting the best value from the 360 or other assessment. We offer (optional) debriefing and coaching to support those critical conversations. All our associate coaches are fully qualified, with experience of coaching at senior and C-Suite levels, and have worked with Track 360. Our coaches work with individuals to help them understand and use their feedback to achieve their goals, and build their leadership skills.
