Jo Ayoubi
Chief Executive Officer
Jo Ayoubi is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Track Surveys. Prior to setting up Track, Jo was a learning and development director for the Corporate Finance business at Ernst & Young in London, where she was responsible for the training and development of over a thousand corporate finance professionals. Projects included learning management systems and online learning evaluations.
At Track, Jo has advised on, and led the development of, 360 and other online applications for leading organisations including Fujitsu, Saudi Telecom and Frank Recruitment Group.
She has also facilitated partnership programmes with leading advisors including Cambridge-based Moller Professional Services Group, and CIPD.
Jo is the author of The Consultants’ Guide to Success with 360 Degree Feedback, and holds Bachelors (first class) and Masters degrees in French, Arabic & Politics from University College Dublin.
She writes and blogs regularly on the topic of 360 Degree Feedback in performance and learning. Her recent papers include ‘Making Your 360 Degree Feedback more effective in delivering successful behavioural change’, and ‘Which Online 360? A 10-step checklist for choosing an online 360 Degree Feedback system’, published in association with Training Zone UK.
Jo divides her time between London and Dublin, working with clients based in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Outside Track, Jo makes time to mentor students at Woodhouse College in London.

Steve Walsh
Chief Technical Officer
Dr Steve Walsh is Chief Technical Officer and co-founder of Track Surveys.
Steve is a highly-experienced software designer and developer, with a PhD, from Manchester University, in applied mathematics.
Prior to co-founding Track with Jo Ayoubi, Steve held senior technical positions including clinical systems director at Medidesk, and systems development director at EMIS, and subsequently at Medidesk. He also has extensive experience in the oil and energy sector.
Steve leads the development teams at Track, and also has board responsibility as a director of the company.
He is a keen squash player, and takes an active interest in new scientific theories and ideas.

Danielle Bolger
Client Relationship Manager
Danielle supports clients with setting up, managing and delivering projects. Danielle also delivers 360 degree feedback and system training, runs 360 Degree Feedback coaching training sessions and provides statistical data analysis of assessment data for trends and comparison.
At Track, Danielle has worked on projects on 360 Degree Feedback, Assessment Centres and Performance Appraisal, for international organisations including the CIPD, Fujitsu, Network Rail, John Lewis and Plan International.
Danielle has a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology, so is informed on occupational and business psychology, including theories, evidence and best practice in assessment for selection and performance. She is trained in personality and cognitive ability testing and is a registered test user with the British Psychological Society.
She is a member of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology and Division of Coaching Psychology and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, working towards becoming a Certified Principal Business Psychologist. She is also a results trained coach, certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute and is working towards International Coaching Federation accreditation.

Denise Kelleher
Client Service Manager
Denise Kelleher is a Client Service Manager at Track. She has been involved in administrating 360 projects including hundreds of people, and ensuring they run smoothly, across a number of countries, and in a variety of languages.
Denise holds a BSc (first class) in Psychology from Coventry University. Denise is keen to combine her knowledge of Psychology and her experience at Track to provide valuable support to clients in efficiently and effectively developing their employees.
Since working at Track, Denise has strengthened her skills in Microsoft applications, in particular, Microsoft Excel, which help contribute to the successful management of large 360 projects.
She likes to spend her spare time playing pool and trying new cooking recipes.

Chris Duggan
Finance Director (non exec)
Chris Duggan is a non-executive director of Track Surveys.
He brings extensive corporate and finance experience to the board, having advised numerous companies on fundraising strategy. Chris is a partner at Griffins Accountants in Reading.
