About the organisation
West Dunbartonshire Council serves 89,590 residents and a lively business community in an area stretching from the banks of Loch Lomond to the shores of the Clyde. The region is one of great diversity and natural beauty and is just half an hour from the heart of Glasgow.
There is huge potential for growth and a £100 million capital investment programme is underway which is regenerating town centres, developing new public buildings, constructing hundreds of homes and attracting businesses to improve the economy.
The organisation uses Track 360 Feedback for supporting its bespoke Leadership Development programmes.
“Track 360 provides a lot of customisable elements,
including rating scales, relationships, e-mail narrative etc. All of this
is fantastic because it has ensured the platform delivered exactly what we need without compromising any of the elements of our programme to fit the platform.”

Set-up, service and support
“The set-up process was easy and the materials were excellent, it is also very helpful to have access to the video material from the platform on an ongoing basis should I need to refer.
When I made contact direct to ask for further guidance, this was attended to promptly.
We had 1 or 2 participants withdrawing from the programme and this was approached and concluded in a very customer focused way by the Track 360 team.”
The Track 360 Reports
“It was great that the results were summarised in a few different ways allowing comparison and exploration of variations as well as the full details for in-depth analysis.”

“The reports were will laid out and easy to understand. The colour-coding was really effective in delivering the information.
There was plenty of guidance available for the reviewee on how to interpret and work with their results and I particularly liked the section on emotional response to feedback.
The observation section and development plan at the end of the report was a very useful addition at the end of the report allowing the reviewee to self-input and put the results into practice. We incorporated this into our programme already but we were able to remove and save on storage and retrieval of additional documentation.
I particularly liked that the reports were easy to access from the system but could also be downloaded and stored. This suited us rather than sending automatically direct to the reviewee when created. We prefer to discuss the results within a 1-2-1 coaching conversation.”
